Company name and analytical results are held in strict confidentiality. Neither company name nor results can be released to any other without written permission accompanied by an authorized signature.
To Set Up an Account
Please fax bank and three trade references to (801) 226-3083 to set up an account. Terms generally net 30 days. Payment in full is required before analysis until an account is set up. Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted.
Costs
Call 801-226-3002 for costs for normal turnaround times. Rush work can be accommodated with increases of usual costs plus 100% for 1–2 days, plus 50% for 3–4 days, and plus 25% for 5 day turnaround. Contracts and large volumes are generally given discounted pricing, so please inquire.
Sample Submission
Send samples to Plant Bioactives Research Institute, 95 S. Mountain Way Drive, Orem, UT 84058. Include name, address, and phone number of contact person for results and for billing (if different), Purchase Order Number (if used), description of samples and tests to be performed. Please state amount of each analyte expected if possible.
Quality Analyses
High purity standards are used for analyses. All samples are analyzed in conjunction with a known reference control sample. New analyses are continually being added; if you need an analysis not listed here, please inquire. Method validation is also available for new methods upon request.

Results of Analysis
A certificate of analysis will be faxed upon completion of the tests.
Sample Retention
Samples will be retained for two months after test results are sent. Samples may be held for longer times if requested.
